We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Final sale items, gift cards, and undergarments are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at info@dantestore.click .click with your order number and reason for return

We will send you a return authorization and instructions

Ship the item(s) back to the address provided (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned partially, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping fees
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

Include photos of the item and packaging for verification

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

First check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
